Refunds. Reschedules initiated by Fly Lloyd (weather, maintenance, airspace, aircraft, instructor, or safety) are free. Customer-initiated reschedules are free with at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations and no-shows may be treated as redeemed unless otherwise approved. Refunds for unredeemed gift certificates are available within 14 days of purchase.
